Nafd New Code Of Practice Liverpool
The Nafd New Code Of Practice Liverpool came into practice on the 30th Sept. This code sets out the high standards of service that bereaved families may expect in their dealings with a member of the National Association of Funeral Directors-Barringtons Funerals are a member-including key requirements in respect of the funeral directors conduct.
The Nafd code of practice also deals with advertising and marketing, price information, estimates, final accounts and publicity.
Funeral director members of the association are bound by this robust code of practice – the terms of which incorporate twelve key principles – and is strictly monitored by a team of Standards and Quality Managers to ensure compliance.
